The following are accepted payment types...

VISA/Mastercard/Bank Cheque/Cheque

Money Order/Direct Deposit/Paypal online.

  • Credit card: The following conditions apply:
  • Please allow 24 hours for Authentication of Credit Card details.
  • The name and delivery details given shall match the name on the credit card.
  • Cheques must be banked and cleared by Penelope Pink before shipping goods
  • Please do not send cash in the mail. Cash payments at retail outlets only
  • Orders paid by Bank Deposit and Pay Pal will not be posted until the payment has been cleared (this can take from 1-3 working days). Please allow additional time for delivery.
  • Orders paid by Personal Cheque/Bank Cheque (Australia only) will not be posted until the Cheques have been cleared (this can take up to 7 working days).

After your first order and establishment of account details which will be verified by Penelope Pink you may purchase items online to send as gifts to alternate addresses.

  • All First orders: The delivery address shall be what is listed for your credit card billing address and confirmed against the White Pages or phone directory listing for that name. Security checks may take up 24 hours and are extensive when large orders are placed 
  • Make sure you have entered your contact details into your account so that we can call or email you to verify the order.
  • For orders over $1000, additional identification will/or may be required. You may be required to Fax or email copies of I.D. and or Additional security checks will be required.

Automatic Cancellation of Orders
