Australian Domestic Shipping

All standard small orders in Australia are sent by express post overnight. Larger orders will incur higher delivery rates. For International orders please read our international Shipping Policy below.

Orders paid by Bank Deposit and Pay Pal will not be posted until the payment has been cleared (this can take from 1-3 working days). Please allow additional time for delivery.

Orders paid by Personal Cheque/Bank Cheque (Australia only) will not be posted until the Cheques have been cleared (this can take up to 5 working days).

Orders paid by Credit Card require 24 Hours for Authentication and approval. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery.

Penelope Pink couriers with Fastway, Couriers Please and Australia Post  registered mail. International orders are shipped or sent by Air Freight through Australia Post.

Australia Post recommended delivery times are an estimated delivery time and depend on when the goods where sent and the time of the year (Christmas/Easter/Public Holidays etc). Penelope Pink gives no guarantee for Delivery time estimates which may not be accurate because of circumstances beyond the control of Penelope Pink Office and Sales staff. All delivery estimates are approximate times and we will do our best to provide you with your order A.S.A.P.

The parcel can take between 1-3 working days to arrive depending on the location of your destination.

A signature is required upon delivery. We therefore recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a further 2 more attempts will be made before it is returned to us.

Customs and Duty
Please note that all international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your overseas order.

All of our international parcels will be insured for 100% of their value. Therefore the total value of the order will be written on the customs declaration. Customs Tarrifs/Taxes are not included in shipping costs. Due to various countries custom procedures Penelope Pink does not assume responsability for delays and will not be held responsible for any additional charges your order may incur once the item has left Australia. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
